About The Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing Coordinator will execute marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and support business development efforts. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to elevate Ergosync’s brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities

Content & Brand Development

  • Develop engaging content across multiple channels (web, social media, print, presentations).
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing materials.
  • Maintain and refine corporate resumes and project descriptions for consistency and impact.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines (logos, colors, tone).

Marketing Campaigns & Digital Presence

  • Plan and manage content strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Write SEO-optimized website content to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Create and manage targeted email campaigns to nurture leads.
  • Manage Ergosync’s social media presence, crafting posts for senior staff, engaging with audiences, and expanding digital reach.

Collateral & Proposal Support
Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
Create and format brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials for both print and digital platforms.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft compelling, tailored proposals.

Event & Lead Generation Support

  • Research and prioritize industry events and conferences.
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and communications for event participation.
  • Support business development by identifying new leads and assisting with outreach.
  • Maintain and update CRM with new leads, partner activity, and marketing insights.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong writing and editing skills—able to simplify technical content for broader audiences.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva.
  • Experience with social media management and website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
  • Ability to learn and stay updated on emerging trends, especially in the electrical engineering and operational technology fields.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Formal training and/or hands-on experience in graphic design, including digital media, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in engineering, technology, or industrial B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting industry events, trade shows, or conferences.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of work experience in marketing, communications, or similar capacity.

    Additional Information

    The position is Full Time.
    Salary is DOE.
